vBoxx B.V. ('vBoxx', 'we') processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

2. Data we process

Account data (name, email, organisation), billing data, telemetry strictly necessary for service operation, and any content you choose to store on vBoxxCloud.

3. Legal basis

Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for delivering the service; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for fraud prevention and security; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for optional cookies and marketing.

4. Storage location

All customer data is stored exclusively in vBoxx-operated data centres in the Netherlands and Germany. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.

5. Retention

Account and content data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Billing data is retained for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Contact privacy@vboxx.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Cookies

cloud.vboxx.eu uses strictly necessary cookies only. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.
