Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of vBoxxCloud. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
vBoxxCloud is a cloud storage and collaboration service operated by vBoxx B.V. from data centres in the Netherlands and Germany.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use vBoxxCloud for unlawful content, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to distribute malware.
4. Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance per the plan you select. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
5. Service level
vBoxxCloud targets 99.99% monthly uptime. Service-credit terms are described in your subscription order form.
6. Data ownership
You retain all rights to content you upload. vBoxx claims no ownership and accesses your content only as strictly necessary to provide the service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the then-current term. On termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for damages that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague.
