Built to help meet the BIO

Municipalities, ministries and public agencies use vBoxxCloud to collaborate on sensitive files without leaving Dutch soil.

  • Built to help Dutch government organisations meet the BIO (Baseline Informatiebeveiliging Overheid)
  • 100% Dutch & EU datacentres, no US sub-processors
  • Procurement-friendly DPIA, security documentation and reference contracts
Challenges

What's slowing your team down today

  • US-hosted defaults

Standard cloud office suites push data through US infrastructure, at odds with BIO and Schrems II.

  • Procurement friction

Each new tool means another DPIA, security review and risk assessment.

  • Shadow IT

Civil servants use consumer tools because the approved stack is too slow or too closed.

    Organise department folders

Set up folders for each department or project and manage access with groups instead of individual exceptions.

  2. 2

    Collaborate on documents

Edit documents together in the browser and keep earlier versions available when a decision needs to be traced.

  3. 3

    Share with external parties

Share files with citizens, suppliers or other public bodies through protected links and revoke access when the work is done.
