4. Term and termination
4.1 This agreement starts on the signing date and continues until it is terminated by either party.
4.2 Either party may terminate this agreement by giving three months' notice in writing.
4.3 Orders placed before the end of the notice period will be delivered as agreed.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Both parties keep all shared information confidential during and after this agreement.
