Contract turnaround is slow, expensive, and tied to US signing platforms
DocuSign and Adobe Sign add a separate vendor, a per-envelope cost, and a US data path for every contract you sign. For European legal, HR and finance teams that means another DPA to manage and another tool to learn. vBoxxCloud Signing is built in: pick a file already in your workspace, drag signature fields onto it, and send. Signatures are eIDAS-compliant and legally binding across the EU. Beyond cost, contract teams often deal with version chaos: a signed copy in DocuSign, a working copy in OneDrive, a printed copy in a folder. Keeping signing inside the same workspace as the original draft removes that drift, with the signed PDF saved next to the source.
How vBoxxCloud signing works
Right-click any PDF in your workspace and choose Request signature. No re-upload, no separate vendor.
Drag signature, initial, date and text fields onto the document. Add one or more signers and define the signing order.
Signers complete the document in their browser. The signed PDF is automatically saved back to the original folder with a tamper-evident audit trail.
Where teams use built-in signing
Send quotes and order forms with countersigning, signed PDFs auto-filed in the deal folder.
Bundle contract, IP assignment and policy acknowledgements in one signing flow with a clear order.
Manage NDAs and engagement letters with a tamper-evident audit certificate ready for disputes.
