HD video meetings, EU-routed end-to-end
Schedule, join and record meetings without leaving your cloud. Media stays inside the EU, no Zoom, no Teams, no US transit.
- Up to 100 participants per meeting
- Screen sharing, breakout rooms and recording
- Calendar integration with Google, Outlook and Nextcloud
- All media servers in The Netherlands & Germany
Built-in video meetings hosted on EU infrastructure, no Zoom account, no US data path.
Video meetings shouldn't require sending every word to US servers
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams all process video and audio through US-controlled infrastructure. For confidential client meetings, board discussions or HR conversations, that's a sovereignty problem. vBoxxCloud Video gives you HD meetings, screen share and recording, all hosted in the EU, integrated with your calendar and files. On top of sovereignty, teams want meetings to feel like part of the workspace: a shared note pad, the agenda file open in the meeting, and the recording filed next to the project after the call ends. That is hard to get when video lives in a separate vendor.
How vBoxxCloud video works
Click Meet in any channel, or schedule a meeting from your calendar. Guests join via a browser link, no install required.
Present your screen, share a vBoxxCloud file with one click, or open a whiteboard. Files stay in your workspace.
Optionally record the meeting. The recording is saved to the channel's folder. Automatic transcription by Alan AI is on the 2026 roadmap.

Why teams move video into vBoxxCloud

Recordings save into your workspace folders, with the same permissions and retention rules as any other file.
