Is vBoxxCloud NEN 7510 certified?
No. vBoxxCloud is not NEN 7510 certified, but it can support NEN 7510 requirements. vBoxx is ISO 27001 certified by TÜV NORD, and our certificate and security documentation are available on request.
Can we get a signed DPA?
Yes, a GDPR Article 28 processing agreement is standard for every Business and Enterprise customer.
Can we see who has accessed a patient record?
Yes. vBoxxCloud records every patient-record access in a single audit log.
