Can we securely share files with clients?+
Yes, you can securely share selected files with clients through a guest account. Set an expiry date for shared documents and monitor guest-user activity in the activity log.
What certifications and agreements can we show clients and auditors?+
vBoxx is ISO 27001 certified by TÜV NORD and eIDAS-compliant signing is built in. We sign a GDPR Article 28 processing agreement with every customer, operate under Dutch law with hardware in the Netherlands and Germany, and our ISO 27001 certificate and security documentation are available on request.
