Manage linked devices
Whether it is a desktop, laptop, server or mobile, any device linked to the cloud can be monitored in the machine overview.

Files shared outside your company
Besides having an overview of all linked devices, it is important to know which files are shared outside the company. When necessary, external shares can be withdrawn.
- Guest users and link sharingguest users help you share documents securely outside your company. You can add expiration dates and activity policies to a link.
- Reverse sharesaccess the list of shares made by organisation users and cancel any file or folder shared in the past.
