Hvor opbevares mine data fysisk?

Alle vBoxxCloud-data ligger i ISO 27001-certificerede Tier-3-datacentre i Holland og Tyskland. Ingen data forlader EU, heller ikke backups eller metadata.

Hvor stor må en enkelt fil være?

Enkeltfiler op til 5 GB på Starter, 25 GB på Business og 100 GB på Enterprise understøttes via web-uploader, desktopklient og WebDAV. Der er ingen grænse for antallet af filer pr. arbejdsområde.

Kan jeg gemme versionshistorik?

Ja. Hver gemt ændring skaber en ny version. Opbevaring kan konfigureres fra 30 dage til ubegrænset, og enhver fil kan rulles tilbage med ét klik.

Hvordan håndterer vBoxxCloud slettede filer?

Slettede filer flyttes til en personlig papirkurv og kan som standard gendannes i 30 dage. Admins kan forlænge denne periode eller gendanne filer fra server-backups i op til 12 måneder.

Kan jeg migrere fra en anden udbyder?

Ja. Vores migrationsteam flytter data fra OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox eller enhver S3-kilde, inkl. rettigheder og versionshistorik hvor muligt. Migreringer under 1 TB er typisk gratis.

Virker vBoxxCloud offline?

Ja. Desktop-klienten holder en lokal cache af valgte mapper og synkroniserer ved genforbindelse. Konflikter løses automatisk og begge versioner bevares.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my data physically stored?

All vBoxxCloud data is stored in ISO 27001-certified Tier-3 data centres in the Netherlands and Germany. No data leaves the EU at any point, including backups and metadata.

What is the maximum file size I can upload?

The maximum file size is 50 GB on Starter and 250 GB on Business. Enterprise has no file size limit.

Can I keep version history?

Yes. Every saved change creates a new version. File versions are kept for 90 days by default, and admins can change this period. You can roll back any file to a previous version with one click. Kept versions count towards your storage until they are fully removed.

How does vBoxxCloud handle deleted files?

Deleted files move to a per-user trash and remain recoverable for 90 days by default, and admins can change this period. Deleted files count towards your storage until they are fully removed.

Can I migrate from another provider?

Yes. Our migration team can move data from OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or any S3-compatible source, including permissions and version history where possible. Migrations under 1 TB are typically free.

Does vBoxxCloud work offline?

Yes. The desktop client keeps a local cache of selected folders and syncs changes when you reconnect. Conflicts are resolved automatically and a copy of both versions is kept.
