How to upgrade your vBoxxCloud Trial account?

Through the Client Portal, you can convert your trial account into a paid account. In this article, you will find the necessary steps you can take upgrade your vBoxxCloud trial.

How to upgrade your vBoxxCloud Trial account?

   Access the Client Portal account here.

   In your customer page, all your vBoxx products will be listed.

   On the tab corresponding to vBoxxCloud, click on to manage your account.

   Click on Upgrade / Downgrade to add or reduce the number of users and storage.

   On the Upgrade vBoxxCloud screen drag the sliders to select the number of users and storage packs you want to add to your account.

   To complete the process click on the button your recurring value will be automatically adjusted for the remaining month.
